Does it warrant a premium over an average PF66? Yes. It is worth as much as a PF67CAM? No. It appears that the star designation has been used to denote that it is a one-sided cameo(reverse). IMO, that toning is way too dark to warrant the star designation for the toning alone, it should be vivid and colorful for a big premium.

Way overpriced but the toning is nice tops I would offer would be $200 and that doesn't even come close to the opening bid. Leave that one alone.

It's exceptionally difficult to image toned proofs. I bet that coin is great in hand, and looks like a CAM with a dip.
