The week before last I had a couple of days in New Mexico with one day free to do as I pleased My Wife and I went out with our detectors. here is our coin and trinket haul for the day.

Got three Wheaties in the haul and 2 silver Dimes.
I only have an ACE 250 its not that expensive

Nice haul. I'd be more interested in where (in general terms) you searched. I don't want you to pinpoint your spot, but was it a school, church, park, or old homestead?

Richard, I am curious, too. I never have that kind of luck. Obviously I am looking in all the wrong places. some general guidelines would be greatly appreciated.

Elementary school play grounds
City parks (Check local ordinance before searching)
Bus pick up points for all schools
I got a pair of Headphones for my Ace now I can tell coins from the sound the detector makes
