I'm not exactly sure what you're asking. Do you need a price guide?

I'm working on getting my entire collection into an Access database but I'm only up to 25c circulation so far. One of the tables I'm filling in sounds like what you're looking for; a list of all the coins by denomination, date, variety and finish. I include additional relevant info such as mintage, series for the NCLTs etc. I could export that to Excel for you if you like? Let me know.

Have you ever looked at software? I use and really like Coin Manage Canada http://www.libertystreet.com/Coin-C...Software.htm not much money and very nice presentation of picture and data. Forgot to mention some good reports and reports can be customized or create your own.

I use Coin Manage and I have been putting it online at http://www.pieceofcurrency.com (which is going to be putting out a new website in a month or so).
