Hey guys, sorry I'm not a collector or very versed in my currency collection... but I thought this was an interesting find. In what I would consider almost mint shape, I came across a 1963A $10 bill this weekend. Thought I'd hang on to it, if nothing else than it's a near mint 50+ year old bill. Here are the pictures of it... Thanks for looking!

My Krause lists this (Pick 445b) as $37.50 in UNC, but these values don't always reflect the market.

Thanks, glad I picked it up. I put it in a plastic sleeve with my other various money I have managed to collect... Will take another look at it in 25 years!

Thanks! Now I'm gonna go dump out all my coins and take a look at them again. And then be reminded that I'm a sucker for paying $60 for a 1932 "D" quarter that was a fake

I'm assuming by "fake", you mean a real 1932 quarter with an altered mint mark? If not, and you mean a non-silver (or I guess it could be silver) counterfeit and not a real coin struck by a US mint, than that really stinks. Sucks either way, but if it's the former, you at least have the silver content of it!
(In other words, look on the bright side...I have to on some of my purchases)

I did happen to find a near mint 1995 S Dime in my pile, which is evidently worth some money. Thought it was unusually shiny when I found it, and put it away...

to CCF.The 95-S dime is a Proof coin that's why it's shiny,if you found it in a roll it would be considered a impaired proof. Here is an idea on the value of the $10 http://www.uscurrencyauctions.com/$10notes.htm. You can also check e-Bay sold values. John1
