Hello,
I'm new to this site and have questions surrounding numistamps. I kinda get what they are, but can't figure out why.
I've recently come into possession of 4 complete sets dating 1979-1980. These are very cool indeed, but I don't know what they're worth, and whom might be interested in them. Any help, or offers will be appreciated.

IMO someone who finds them "interesting" will like them.
Value? Bullion at best (assuming there is any bullion there).
