Don't take it out of its holder. I will not grade it because you have in effect damaged the coin by doing so.

I disagree. This is an undamaged higher uncirculated coin. Taking a coin out of a 2x2 can not damage it UNLESS you scratch it with the staples.

I know how to remove a coin from the holder, I may have 10 only posts but I'm not a newbie! :)
Any thought about the grade?

Umm... not really.

Maybe MS-63 or 64? It's certainly in the BU range.
