hello, I bought a coin of there website a few weeks ago and no item,no reply and when you ring it goes to a message bank.Does any one know who they are? I paid into there Westpac account https://www.intnumis.com.au international numismatics

Yes, that's Darren Harris from International Numismatics. He has been around for a very long time. Perhaps they're on holiday.

Placed an order on their website a few months ago. After a few weeks of waiting made a number of phone calls with a promise from a message taker that I would be contacted. Sent an email asking what the situation was and still no reply. Had given up hope of ever seeing my order or money again, then was contacted by email recently telling me that my money had been credited back to my card due to the unavailability of the items. This was four months after the initial order.
Hopefully you get you money back but be prepared for a long wait. This site should be closed down if the owner can not conduct his business in a timely and efficient manner. I would have eventually lodged a complaint to asic, anda, The Perth Mint, and who ever else he was supposed to be an authorised dealer for, but luckily for him with other more important things to do and the return of my money I never got around to it.

Thanks CALLY I to have the same problem. I am still waiting for a email reply about the item from 3 months ago BUT STUPID ME BOUGHT IT. If anyone does no him or his store maybe they could call in to see if he is alive . don't feel right

Hopefully he does the right thing and refunds your money, however maybe an email letting him know that your next course of action will be to complain to the relevant bodies ie asic, anda, consumer affairs, The Perth Mint, may speed the process up. You have done nothing wrong and in good faith placed your order with a "reputable" dealer. If he needs a loan he should try Cash Converters.

UPDATE they finaly called last week and this is the reply and stated they would refund early in the week well still no money
