So I have a chance to pick up this 1908-S IHC. He is asking $110. PCGS Slabbed as a VF-30. Cert#: 18782669

Here is a link to the PCGS page: http://www.pcgs.com/Cert/18782669/

Sorry if pics aren't that good. I am using his and tried to use the image optimizer. Thanks.

Seems to be like a pretty fair price to me.

Not bad price, I personally try to get the key dates in AU or better, but thats me, and they can be a little more exspensive

Just a college kid so the budget isn't too high. I also have a bunch of low grade IHC so this would be a better one for my collection.

Grab it ... This coin is quite salable, easily flipped. Full Liberty Indians are popular sets.

Looks like a decent coin for the grade. You get the bonus of it being slabbed.

Not a bad price at all. And if the others in your set are similar in grade, makes for a better looking set.

Make sure it's good for the grade. Key date IHC standards have been backsliding for a while.
Rest in Peace

Yeah, you got to be really careful when buying certified key date indians. The grading standards, especially NGC, have been horrendous imho. I have bought a few certified key indians that were overgraded, but only at severely discounted prices. I have seen many XF40 NGC indian key/semi keys without even close to a full liberty. It is hard to tell how strong the liberty is on that 08s even in the closeup pic, but the coin does not looks like a 30 to me.
