I'll bet this turns out to be a friend of a friend or someone else who knew what they were after. Very sad. Hopefully the victim is not a member here. Edit to add: There is a bit more detail in this Citizen version of the story. chubbycheeks Valued Member Canada 480 Posts	Posted 07/29/2014 12:31 pm The delay was so that they would not tip the suspect off that they were watching kijiji and ebay for any seller who was selling the items in question. They way it sounds the owner knew what he had and probably gave them a detailed list. I hope they catch the guy, sounds like it could have been any one of us. Report this Post to the Staff

Lately at my LCS someone called asking if any coins were sold there and explained to watch out for certain ones cause their collection was stolen, I'd bet it was the same person this story was about.
