I was looking at some dimes and noticed that the obverse of this one was very shiny, I flipped it over and noticed that the torch is missing details. From the other coins in the bunch not being minted later than 1977, this can't be wear because there's too much of it. Coin is of normal thickness.
Is this a weak strike or Struck Through Grease? It says "one d me" which is from grease but is it also the cause of the weakness in the centre?

Looks like a Grease Filled Die and circulation.

Certainly wear.
IMO also a weak strike.
Maybe (?) also a slight die fill, particularly at the "I" in DIME.

This was plucked out from circulation in what appears to be 3 years, maybe a bit more but not much more. The newest coins in that plastic bag was 1977, and they were 9x 1977D cents. The rest (all are 1965-1977) are all in good shape. I don't think there would be so much wear so that the leaves and the torch are merged.
