Hi all, not been stuck on the identification of a coin for a while but this one has me. The closest I can get is a Republican Quinarius but not sure after that.

14-15 mm in diameter. Silver.

Euboia. Histiaia. 3rd Cent BC Silver Tetrobol. Head of nymph Histiaia right/ Histiaia seated right on prow. SNG Cop-571ff, Dewing 1552-60
