It appears to be a half dollar. Polished/cleaned, but still silver and worth pulling from a till.
Worth a bit more than 50 cents.
However, not of numismatic value due to cleaning.
Say, at least 10 dollars or so.

Looks also to be gilded or plated slightly and worn off. Like the gold Kennedy's they sold to celebrate something tied in with him. Like has been said worth the silver value.
