Impossible to offer any educated opinion on authenticity or grade based on the image provided.

We could help if you post in-focus (static) images of both the obverse and reverse of the coin.

I can play the video. The coin has the appearance of a proof but could be a proof like business strike. I am not knowledgeable enough to determine if this indeed is a proof or merely a proof like business strike.

It is difficult to be sure from the video, but the coin looks like it has been highly polished. It has an "artificial" appearance.

As noted above, higher quality static images of the coin are necessary to know for sure.

I would tend to agree with others, it looks polished. Typically there is more detail in the hair and I didn't notice any lines in the sails.
