This is a coin from a collection I acquired a while back. The condition of it is stunning, I am 99 percent sure it is ok but here it is :-

167-88 BC. AR Drachm, Radiate head of Helios facing right. Reverse p.o either side of rose, with bud lower right, name above (magistrates?), serpent coiled round omphalos to lower left, all inside incuse square.

I just don't know how you can have all these coins hanging around and not know what is in there. I couldn't sleep until I had had a good rummage :)

No Ann, I purchased a collection a bit back and that is one that I haven't got round to selling yet. The pictures really don't do it justice, it is stunning in hand.
