For $30 I think you did fine
It's an old cleaning and that's evident. The carbon spotting on the obverse could make someone want to call it a details grade and if so, I'd guess Fine details. The reverse has some stronger striking but you've got an F15 obverse IMO

Darn. And I'm pretty good at detecting cleaned coins too. What's the relation between an old cleaning and carbon spots?
