EF45 maybe AU50 but no lustre left unless it's the lighting. If that's damage on the eagle wing at 10 o'clock will grade less.

I agree with the rest. Close to AU, probably enough detail to make the grade, but not enough luster...therefore xf45. Nice coin!

That's what kind of bugs me about modern grading. That coin is gorgeous with more detail than many high grade lusterous coins. Too bad you can't just sell on "man that's a nice looking one!"
