I need to return 2 ANA SML to the RCM because of some damage. I called the RCM, was provided with an RMA number, but contradictory to what it says at http://www.mint.ca/store/mint/custo...1-1#returns2 I was told to return the coins to:
BAY BROKERAGE
42832 NYS Route 12
Alexandria Bay, NY 13607
I just tried to print out a postage label at usps.com and it didn't let me because according to usps this is a "non-deliverable Delivery Address"...
Has anyone had similar experiences or can give better advice than I received from the RCM today?
Thanks a bunch!

I won't be much help, but I'd suggest call and ask for the return address again.

It happened to me once (before I got a rep) that those customer representative gave me a wrong postal code for the return address. Fortunately I noticed it was wrong because I have already done returning a few times before so I just used the one I have been using.

If the RCM web site is still showing the Ottawa address for returns from the US, it is in need of updating.

You have the correct address for US returns - it's the one I have used to successfully return a defective coin.

One thing, the package should be addressed:

Royal Canadian Mint
c/o Bay Brokerage Inc.

vs. just Bay Brokerage

Other than that, just make sure the RMA number is on the outside of the package as well as inside on the letter you include.

Good luck!

PS You will likely have to follow-up with the RCM to get your return postage reimbursed - they almost never do it automatically based on the receipt enclosed in the returned package (at least in my experience).
