F-15. Not sure if the obverse scratches detail it or not. What does everyone else think?

For the grade, I don't think the obverse scratch would result in a details designation, but I don't know if there are consistent standards on details designations.

F-15

I don't think it would detail although the scratch does detract considerably from the coin.

This coin is inflicted with the weak strike that plagues the early issues of this series. VF-20-25. Don't know about the scratches though... Depends on how good the burrito the grader had for lunch was.

Often the camera makes the scratches look worse than they are.
F15 and I think it would grade.
