Also note the slight weakness of strike right above that... that's going to keep it out of a 67 holder in my book, unless it's got insane luster. There is weakness in the strike at the top of AMERI, and maybe a little at the base of the neck where you are talking about, but truly I can really distinguish anything there. Could be a minor strikethrough or something like that... doesn't catch the light in a way that I'd say it's a hard hit. I dunno. I doubt it would cross to PCGS at grade though. NGC, maybe.
