The writing around the edge is hard to make out here but it's something about the "cedar tree that is in Lebanon"
On the other side:
1 Kings CH 4
V 35
Even unto the hyssop that springeth out of the wall.
I believe it's meant to say:
And he spake of trees, from the cedar tree that is in Lebanon even unto the hyssop that springeth out of the wall.
Which is a quote from the Bible.
