Coin With Bible Quotes? 1794

It's in bad quality but it's old and I've no idea what it is:



Here's it compared to an Indian Head one cent:


On the coin it says:
Bath Toren 1794
Botanic Garden
The writing around the edge is hard to make out here but it's something about the "cedar tree that is in Lebanon"

On the other side:
1 Kings CH 4
V 35
Even unto the hyssop that springeth out of the wall.


I believe it's meant to say:
And he spake of trees, from the cedar tree that is in Lebanon even unto the hyssop that springeth out of the wall.
Which is a quote from the Bible.


Can't find this coin anywhere, hopefully it's not in plain sight when someone tells me haha, thanks in advance for any and all help!
