i wouldn't consider any of these to be a "lowball" coin.
i would think a lowball coin would be a P01.

the worts of these is probably a F03.

i am far from a grading expert. thats just my opinion.

I would go higher than g4 on a few of them, not in the 01-03 range at all to me.
