2006-25c-With-PMD-Or-Lamination-Problem?
I found this in my till today. at first I thought it was PMD but maybe a lamination issue?
opposite side is fine with no issues.

PMD. The top nickel layer had been scratched off (or worn off) revealing a copper layer. "White" coins have a steel core, nickel plated, copper plated, then nickel plated again.
