it would surprise me that it is the km#97 since it is rare, you probably have the KM#83.

Firstly, Krause would not give them widely different numbers if there were no difference in design; it would be numbered "KM 83a" if there were only a difference in composition, or "KM 83.1" and "KM 83.2" if there were some other minor variation in design (different words, etc). The widely different numbers implies a completely different design, nothing like KM# 83. The descriptions for both KM# 83 and KM# 97 are wrong in describing the arms as "crowned arms", since there is clearly no crown in the design of your coin; "crowned" was accidentally copied over from the description of KM# 81, which does include a crown in the design. I suspect the description "three children playing" for KM# 97 is a similar copy-and-paste error. But, since there is no picture of it anywhere on the 'net, I do not know what is actually on KM# 97.

Secondly, "for presentation purposes" implies it was intended to be formally presented as a gift to dignitaries or members of the Omani royal family. It should therefore be in a fancy box of some kind, not a cardboard wrapper.
