It was kind of a risk due the bad sellers picture of the coin but it turned out well for the price I payed The portrait of Claudius is quite good, Not sure if I'm going to keep both now. One of the 'handsome' variety of Claudius portraits (more like Germanicus) Some of the later portraits of Claudius are surprisingly unflattering ! I recently bid on and won a Nero As (Victory with shield) which type I already have. But the portrait is of a bearded rather 'grungy' looking Nero. I couldn't resist .......
