It does go from rim to rim. What do you think the value of that one would be? I know the coin isn't going to grade very high, but just the crack would bring the price up.

Welcome to Coin Community, deafdose. Nice little coin to use by way of introduction.

They call that a "bisecting" die crack. They're not terrifically rare across coin types and years, but that actually works to their advantage. You can find enough of them to make it a sort of sub-specialty in your own collecting, and people do that. They collect coins that have outstanding die cracking, such as yours.

That's the good news. The bad news is, it still won't be a ton of value. Like many other subspecialties with this many examples available, grade plays a great role in value and prices don't really start rising until the Mint State grades. Were you to liquidate it, you would want to call sharp attention to the crack, so it'd attract those specialists, but I don't know if it'd go for more than two or three times melt unless you got lucky.
