Here is a stunning 1810 capped bust half dollar Dollar, O-107 (R-3) in AU (my opinion) condition. This is by far one of the nicest in my Blue Collar Bust Half Dollar Collection (BCBHDC), LOL...

Thanks for looking

In anticipation of the questions which may arise about the clasp I've taken a close-up and it appears to be part of the original coin design.

I agree that the "J" or "R" in clasp is an intended part of the coin's original design. In volume 18; issue 2 of the JR Journal Michael Atkins put for forth the hypothesis of it being the signature of JR in the article "What is the Design Within the Clasp on Large Sized Capped Bust quarters."

Good looking lady, I go AU- w/ little rim blemish over T1

Pretty coin...and pretty difficult to argue that this one is any less than AU. Nice detail in the stars, hair, clasp and drapery. Excellent detail in the shield, feathers, talons and motto. I'd love to have such a fine example in my collection.
