donfan23 New Member United States 15 Posts	Posted 09/16/2014 12:23 am I posted a "hey, I'm new here" post regarding an inherited collection here: https://goccf.com/t/183711#1693440 It was suggested that I post pictures of my 2 coins on this subforum and solicit feedback and suggestions. I'm trying to determine if I should have these coins graded, or try to just sell them outright. And if I do decide to sell as-is, I'm curious what they may be worth. Any suggestions, tips, feedback is GREATLY appreciated. Thank you in advance. This post is for my second coin, an 1887 US $1 Gold coin. I've attached front and back pictures. That said you do have a potentially high value piece here and likely it will need to be graded to obtain full value. You could also try selling on ebay with large, hi-res images and hope buyers see the value. As a top-tier certified MS62 that is a $600 coin at retail. ANA #R3154474 Report this Post to the Staff
