That is the closest match that I have come up with, though on your coin the position of the branch is a little different than the ones I've seen.

bust looks a bit off too, id check the fake reports for this one.

There is something about this coin and the Vitellius, something that seems similar. Don't know the right words to describe it. Hope I am wrong.

RIC 27 is what another forum expert is saying. He is saying both Vespasian and Vitellius are legit.
