Val I with Victory advancing reverse and Valens with emperor dragging captive reverse. Val I looks to be from Constantinople (I think I see CONS) and Valens from Thessalonika (looks like TES mintmark). Check their Wildwinds pages or the Helvetica spreadsheets for RIC #s.
