I found this going through a bad of 5000 wheats. It appears to be an error from the mint to me. Does anyone have any info on it or what it could be worth?

Post Mint Damage.It was pressed into a lucky coin token, Keep this penny never be broke token, A piece of jewelry etc. I believe gas stations back in the fifty's put them into advertisements for their gas station. I almost forgot to say
