It's actually S. ROCH PRESERVEZ NOUS DU CHOLERA and means
'Saint Roch protect us from cholera'. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saint_Roch for more on the saint.

The other side seems to say S. HUBERT PRIEZ POUR NOUS and means 'Saint Hubert pray for us'. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hubertus for more on the saint.
