The first one I made comment on when you posted it earlier, in this thread in the Ancients subforum. Yes, it is mid-period Islamic.

The second piece is, unfortunately, not a genuine coin. It is a very commonly encountered rather crudely made replica of a Spanish "reyes catolicos" silver real of Ferdinand and Isabella. If you do a forum search for "replica reyes catolicos", you'll find several threads with this exact same piece shown, by people as puzzled about them as you are. Example of an earlier thread.
