Tell me about it! I have been treating my ebay purchases like penny stocks, I only buy what I can afford to lose! I was reading the paypal terms and it looks like this is gonna take awhile to get my money back. I have 191 transactions (there is more but some people do not leave feedback) and only in the last month have I had an real bad experience. Don't get me wrong though, I have bought some cents in the past that were just awful, some were better than expected, ebay is a crap shoot!

Wow, that did not take long, the seller contacted me and wouldn't you know it, he sent the wrong coin. I think it is funny that he wants the one he sent me back. Oh well chalk one up for the good guys!

Funny how a chargeback has that effect on the seller. Hopefully all works out.

Don't be in hurry to remove the action ,, wait until you get the coin you paid for or a refund of your money .

He said it went out first thing today, its a shame he can not do business on ebay until I remove the action. I also got an email from my second "coin not received" had an family problem for the last 6 weeks, said she is going to send an "bonus' coin, I said I would be happy with the one I paid for over 6 weeks ago. The third auction I had problems with showed up in the mail today! Its to bad 0 out of 170 cents were attributed correctly. I have decided I give up on ebay, I will stick with the coin shows, I can hide the coins from my wife easier too!

If she is anything like my wife, she already knows. I have decided that I cannot fool her, she is all knowing, so I either don't buy it, or I play suck up and take her out to dinner or something and ease my way into the purchase.

There is something to be said for womens intuition, it is real. I will testify to that.

Mine knows about them too(its fun to pretend I am getting away with something), I broke the news to her the other day there was an 1910 Matte Proof Lincoln coming in the mail, she already knew ( darn completed listings). She signs for all the packages and sees the pile of coins growing. She buys her dolls on ebay, I buy my cents it all works out. Sometimes I like to think I am sneaking one by her, then I remember she pays all the bills, balances the accounts and knows everything.

Wow, that's a huge difference. File a compliant with paypal that the coin was misrepresented in the photo and made to look better than it actually was.

My wife collects nothing - I did sneak one purchase on the 'Bay by her though, she never figured out I bought a 17th century Dutch tile for a gift for her.

If she ever tells you anything about your coin spending habits, tell her that.
