Hello,
I am new to coin collecting and was hoping I could have some assistance in grading these two coins. I want to start doing PCGS set registries (as I have some PCGS commemoratives and SBA's) but I am wondering if I should bother sending these in to be slabbed.

Found the SBA at a bank while I was getting change, and on the very same day found the Ike in a register at Walgreen's when I bought a soda...needless to say I got some change at Walgreens too!

What do y'all think these might get graded at? Thanks!

I can't say on the Ike, but is that a die clash on the reverse from the earth to the eagle. Kinda looks like the shape of Eishnahower neck.

The SBA looks to have rub on the eagles legs, and Susans check so AU55 on it.

I would not get either slabbed.

That's a small surface scratch on the Ike, it extends to the left side near the stars. As far as the SBA, I think it's the picture that shows wear on the legs because they look very detailed in person. My camera phone definitely doesn't do it justice. The only bad thing I see on the SBA is a couple of dings on the front from being carried in a bag or something.

For those more modern coins, unless they are in outstanding, perfect condition (like MS-65+ possibility), The value proposition isn't there. THose are AU at best, which means they aren't worth a ton over face value. So you'll pay at least $40 to get them graded and they'll be worth $5 tops as a pair when you are done.

Good change finds, though! I'd put them in 2x2's if you collect those series, but not worth pro grading service.
