The coin is most likely Heraclius, this type is know to be overstruck on earlier coins. What's throwing me off a bit is the the two figures looking like they are holding possibly long Crosses and there appears to be something that looks like a few letters of a legend. This type of Heraclius Sear 810 is not like that. I guess it could be explained as whats left from an earlier coin. The reverse matches to Heraclius Sear 810.
