Looks around a F-15. Close to a VF but I think there is just a little too much wear on hair above the forehead, LIBERTY, and the eagle's neck.

The obverse looks F-12, but the reverse looks VF-20. I'm gonna say F-15. My first thought was also cleaned, and some other members think so as well.
