Moderators if this is wrong forum please move.
I searched but I did not find my answer.

My question is hopefully simple... I clicked the add a friend icon today and it gave me options for levels 1 2 3. What is the difference in levels?

And part 2. Forum email. Rules say not for new member. Is there a post amount or time limit that makes a member not new?

Not sure on the levels, but you will go from New Member to Valued Member after 50 quality posts.

The levels are just for you, they don't handle anything differently.
