With all taxes and fees the total price paid was $178. I'm pleased with the coin and plan to research Aegina and its coinage but I think the auction house got the attribution wrong - perhaps you folks could lend a hand, as you always do. Aegina 525-500 BC AR Stater 12.25 g Sea turtle, incuse punch sail pattern S.1848 gF, banker's mark It seems closer to S.1858, based on my 1978 edition Seaby. Also, how did I do on the price? If you go to Wildwinds and go by Sear numbers for Greek coins (on the left side), there are several posts for this type under Sear#1858 as well.
