Hello,

Please comment on the existence of a re-punched mint mark on this dime.

It is very difficult to see but in person I can see the faint outline of a smaller 'D' on top of the larger 'D'.

Also what could be the cause of the mint mark appearing so smeared without affecting the nearby devices in the same manner?

I also would like some feedback on what is possibly going on with the '2' on the date:

Could anyone weigh in about this coin's current retail value factoring in the confirmed existence(I assume) of a RPM in its current grade?

Finally, if anyone feels that the '2' displays anything more than just PMD, please speak up: especially if support for a DDO in this digit is justified.

Not an RPM and PMD on the date. Value: About $3-5 The date took a hit, and the mint mark has been worn down from years of calculation.
