Broken-Coin,
First off "buyer beware". When I said put it on the bay I meant advertise it for what it is. A seller should not try and deceive any one, more so if the seller is a CCF member. And let me reiterate,"buyer beware"

Not a true error in my opinion. The BEP would not have folded it after an inspection("purposely").

You can also see part of the upper right serial number has been transferred over to the left side as the reverse of the B and last 7 are somewhat seen.

Some said that it may of have been caused by going through the washing machine. But I can not find that to be true because there have been many times where I left money in my pocket and it went through the wash, and there was no ink transfer. I feel this kind of "error" would be more common if that were true.
