From your images, not even close.
There has to be a LOT more reflectivity in the fields than that coin displays.

Your second obverse pic disturbs me. The surfaces are showing signs of some type of abrasive cleaning.

It looks AU to me, somewhere around 55.

The reverse looks like it could be close but the obverse doesn't. Upper AU range or possibly low MS.
