1940-S Mercury Dime With Weird Toning

OcalaFlorida Pillar of the Community United States 2824 Posts	Posted 10/20/2014 11:41 am I got this one out of a very old album a awhile back and I always wondered about the toning. the coin has luster pictures do do it justice but it is golden brown with rainbow reflections. btw its not plated color on is 100% of coin it looks dark brown from distance and up close it looks golden. has luster like unc coin pictures dont show too well Report this Post to the Staff
