(obv^^) Wondering if anyone can help me identify it and tell me what price it is worth because I am unsure whether to flip it over for money as I am unfortunately not a WWI medal collector and don't know much about it. On the OSMA website, it states: Quote: Issued in 1919 and 1920 to approx. 1500+ citizens of Richmond who were in war service http://www.omsa.org One sold on Oct. 10th for $45 it was engraved and had the ribbon/pin. 301339391724 There's one on ebay currently with a Buy It Now price of $65 + $5 shipping, 2 watchers and it lacks the ribbon/pin like yours. 160778551934 I Googled and saw another website had one for $35 it had a replaced ribbon.
