I passing some BU 1960 pennies today and I catch this one. The coin is not bent or distorded. On the observe side, the denticles are fading. The coin is between Ms-60/62. Is it a kind of panchet flaw?

Thanks

It looks to be a ragged clip, if I am right they are worth a fair bit, and are very hard to find, check out the nickel ragged clip on ebay.

I think it may be some kind of planchet flaw. If it's a clip. both sides would be more equally affected.
