I have acquired a strange coin or token, no date ,no value about the size of a quarter. It has a man holding what looks like a staff on one side the other has a ball in a hand. So what is it?

Sounds like a token. Post a couple of excellent, sharp, well-lit, in-focus pictures over in exonumia. Could be exciting!
