The Royal Canadian Mint has made another strong showing with 2013-dated coins nominated in six categories of Krause Publications' annual Coin of the Year awards. The awards are to be presented in January at the 2015 World Money Fair in Berlin, Germany. Silveroid Pillar of the Community Canada 6768 Posts	Posted 11/09/2014 4:41 pm I voted for some of our coins.... Really "Go Canopy, go!" Would disagree about "Best silver" and "Best gold" coins nominations, but looks like it also has to be something US related too....cause nor Bald eagle neither Bison Stampede not as nice as some other coins. You will laugh, but I read about something like 7-10 days ago on the other forum. There was also URL that led.....somewhere, and there I voted Basically I not sure what it was, but since with every vote the page of new nomination opened, so I followed till the end just to see them all. Many of the forum ones I had even forgot about. It was nice to see all the coins again. I wonder why the wait so long to nominate the coins, it seems there's a consistent 2 year lag.
