I have recently purchased a 1914 $10 Federal Reserve Note PCGS F-15. I have had it for about 3 days and the glue sealing the label to the plastic sealing the note in has broke.

I am wondering if PCGS is willing to reholder this? I have a picture of the note together and not together.

Anything can help.
