This looks like a religious token not a coin.

Agree that it is not a coin, either a religious token/medallion as 'bpoc1' said or some sort of commemorative medallion.

@petrus thanks for your tip. But it isn't a chineze coin. Its definitely shia (a sect in Islam) token/coin. Maybe Iran-Lebanon-Irak-Bahrain. But it is found in Turkey. So it might be Iranian.
