1955 D Wheat With Filled 5? - Coin Community Forum

The filled 5 is very common on this coin, I think I have 15 examples of this coin myself, I dont get a good view of the 9 in the pic, but I would have to believe that it is also similar to my own,, which I believe to be minor Strike Doubling, which is also very common on wheats from the 50's. I have been collecting since I was a kid but only recently discovered all the different levels of collecting. With errors for example, I always thought the error would be very obvious. Now I know that sometimes you have to look long and hard at the coins you collect. My scanner has now helped me to do just that.
