Ooh, hard to say. The obverse looks VG-10 and the reverse looks VF-30. I guess I'll say F-12. The pictures also make it look environmentally damaged, but it might not be.

Interesting that the obverse is weaker - isn't it usually the reverse with bust halfs? I'll go with F12 obverse and VF20 reverse. It looks to be a details grade from the picture.
